All design works are completed on time and within the specified budget. Variations were dealt with in an effective manner in full consultation with the Council. Difficult issues with utility relocations were completed in exceptional detail. 

The Kellyville Netball Complex car park is approximately 18,000 sqm in area. It was subject to flooding issues, pavement failure and did not function well due to a poor layout. Council engaged Diversi Consulting to redesign the car park to resolve the issues. Throughout the redesign process, they kept Council informed of their progress and delivered value for money. The designs that they delivered were put in place and the car park how now been transformed into a reliable, functioning facility.

Diversi is a competent civil engineering design consultancy that developed various engineering constraints through to acceptable design solutions from both a technical and commercial viewpoint. Diversi engaged constructively with the local council to secure the required engineering work approvals. 

Design and construction period inspections and advice provided in an efficient and effective manner in accordance with Diversi’s consultancy agreement.  Diversi provided innovative solutions to unique operation and site conditions.

Diversi Consulting has been supporting Panthers Group with the redevelopment of the Panthers Precinct as the lead consultant for the infrastructure design team. Over a four month period Diversi capably resourced the project to deliver a comprehensive concept design and water quality strategy for the infrastructure master plan and civil documentation for the first two major development applications. Unlike many larger firms, a principal of the business was always available to discuss and resolve strategic or complicated design issues when required.

I have used Diversi on a property we own in St Clair which required a subdivision and a detailed stormwater design. I found Diversi to be professional and extremely knowledgeable and their coordination with council and communication with them was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Diversi in the future to other colleagues and I would use the services again.
