The development involves the clearing of an existing rural residential property and construction of a new residential development comprising 247 residential lots and an apartment complex. The site forms part of the Riverstone East Growth Centre Precinct and provides temporary access off the existing Clarke Street, with allowance for the future extension of Hambledon Road.

Diversi are engaged to provide both engineering design and project management services. Our engineering design role includes civil works, bulk earthworks grading, road design, stormwater drainage, on-site detention design, water sensitive urban design and co-ordination with adjoining developments and consultants. Our project management services have included management and co-ordination of a specialist consultancy team including survey, geotechnical, odour, ecological and heritage and liaison with local government throughout the development process.

The design considers a number of complex issues on the site, including a steep existing landform, management of a number of upstream catchments and minor contamination. Careful consideration was required to minimise the impact of the development on spreading contamination across the site and managing the large volumes of earthworks across the site.
