Greg is an experienced Engineering Project Manager working in the property development industry. He has four decades of experience in civil engineering, particularly in the fields of local government and urban residential subdivision development.
Greg’s technical background is in designing and project management of urban subdivision development, road and drainage projects. His strengths are in team building and leadership, project inception and masterplanning, feasibility, project management, engineering design, development approvals, construction supervision and contract administration.
This is complemented by his broad range of experience having worked across local government engineering, consulting and construction.
John is a registered professional Civil Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in civil engineering design. John has extensive experience in road and stormwater drainage design, major roadworks including motorways and signalised intersections, on-site detention systems and bio-retention systems, swales, subdivision design, services coordination, public domain and cycleway design, car park design, and bulk earthworks design.
John is experienced through all stages of design, from feasibility to detailed design, and concept to construction.
Phil is a highly experienced and registered civil engineer with over 35 years of expertise in the design and project management of civil infrastructure, residential and industrial land developments, and a variety of building projects. His broad project portfolio includes major and minor roads, trunk stormwater systems, bridges, rail, aviation infrastructure, residential and industrial estates, educational facilities, retail developments, and sports complexes.
Phil is a registered engineer, holding qualifications including NPR, CPEng, and RPEQ, and is actively engaged in the professional community. He serves as a member of the NSW UDIA Infrastructure Committee and is the Chair of its Greenfields Infrastructure Sub-Committee.
