New aged care facility for 128 beds plus 137 independent living usings over 6 storeys with basement carpark. Design also included the design of a roundabout and future traffic sign intersection.
Diversi were engaged for the detail design of civil works including bulk earthworks, trunk stormwater box culverts, flood mitigation, road works, site stormwater drainage for central courtyard and landscape areas.
