The Ridgeway is fully sold

In July 2021, The Ridgeway master planned community in Barden Ridge was completely sold out!

 

This premium estate features 136 land lots, is only 35 kilometres from Sydney and is easily accessible to the M5, Heathcote Road and Bangor Bypass. It is a short distance to Sutherland and Heathcote train stations and Menai Marketplace.

 

Sydney’s Sutherland Shire was named as the second most liveable suburb in Australia according to a 2020 national survey by market research company Ipsos.

Despite the challenges of the general Sydney market over the past 2 years, medium-term growth in Barden Ridge has remained strong. In particular, registered land was selling fast this year in The Ridgeway, with about 30 homes already under construction.

 

The community has also been designed with $3 million worth of outdoor recreational amenities, including shelters and seating, an outdoor kitchen complete with pizza ovens, a community garden, a playground with interactive equipment, landscaped parks with a viewing platform out over the escarpment, and four kilometres of cycle and walking paths connecting the estate to Barden Ridge Oval and The Ridge Sporting Complex.
