The proposed development comprised of a three-staged residential subdivision with a combined total of 48 lots over a 2.6 ha site. The development was over three existing properties along Riverstone Road, Riverstone and formed part of the Riverstone Growth Centre Precinct.
Diversi was engaged to provide engineering design services, including road and stormwater design, bulk earthworks grading, on-site detention design, water sensitive urban design and managing the design of utility services. Diversi was also responsible for co-ordination with adjoining developments and consultants as well as authority approvals including DA and CC.
